Francine is the money hungry manager of the Pizza Cat restaurant. Whenever the Pizza Cats are needed to fight, she launches
them from the huge cannon atop the restaurant. However, she seems to have a very poor aim. In almost every episode, she misses
the target, causing the cats to crash into buildings, or make a trajectory error, resulting in the cats needing to take the
stairs to the top of a building, when they could have easily landed in the right place to battle the monster if Francine's
shot had been on target.
'Oopsie!'
When she blasts the cats off on a mission, she usually makes a rhyme. She also makes up rhymes when answering the phone. She
usually handles the communications for the team.
'We serve Pizza any style, garunteed to make you smile!'
The Bell Francine wears around her neck is connected to Speedy's. Whenever he rings it, Francine's bell responds, as a signal
to send one of the rescue team. Its unknown exactly how she knows precisely which member of the Rescue Team to send for, but
some believe its Morse code.
'What did they mess up this time?'
Francine's love interest is Bucky the deer. On a date with him, she had longer hair than usual. When the Big Cheese's latest
scheme (Turning boys into girls, and girls into boys) got Bucky, Francine went into a rage, and actually used the Pizza Cat
launcher to fire everything but the kitchen sink at the monster of the week (including a hapless Lucille!)

During the series finale, she is revealed to be head of the force of back up Pizza Cats. In the Japanese version, she is revealed
to be the Nyanki overall leader.
Her Japanese name, Otama comes from 'Tama' means 'Ball'.
