In a secret hideout located beneath a junk yard, the Big Cheese (disguised as a geisha - much to the horror of
Bad Bird) is introduced to the Sunblock-16 Robot. Jerry Atrick also unveils his latest get-rich-quick scheme: to deafen all
the residents of Little Tokyo at a Rude Noise concert and sell them defective hearing aids.
Speedy visits Lucile's house to show her photos taken during a day they spent at an amusement park with Polly and Guido. He
offers her one to keep, and is sent into a run of celebration when she picks a photo of the two of them together. This is
cut short however, when he notices posters promoting the upcoming concert and immediately suspects it as part of a plot. His
suspicions are confirmed in a meeting with Big Al, and the cats return to base to suit up and launch into action.
They arrive at the scrap yard to find Bad Bird preparing to launch the Sunblock-16 Robot into space and are set upon
by the Rude Noise. This distracts the cats long enough for Bad Bird to blast off. Once in space, the robot's purpose is revealed:
to cut off the Pizza Cats access to solar energy by the use of giant shading fans!
Back on the battlefield, Seymour and Jerry arrive to demand the surrender of the cats, who refuse and attempt to make a break
for the sunlight. But they discover to their dismay that the Sunblock-16 is able to track their movements and maneuver the
shade wherever they go. After taking refuge in a cave, Speedy calls Francine via his bell to send reinforcements.
Bat Cat is summoned to help out, but is ganged up on by the Rude Noise and plummets to the ground. Speedy, Polly and
Guido manage to catch him in the nick of time. Speedy rings for reinforcements again, but there is no one else left to help
them. The cats find themselves in even more trouble when the Rude Noise produce their Crowbot.
Battered and bruised, Polly and Guido collapse. Speedy manages to summon up enough energy for a final assault. He unleashes
his Cat's Eye Slash, but is stunned when the Crowbot reassembles itself. Another two Slashes seem to do no further damage,
and Speedy falls to the ground completely exhausted.
The Big Cheese begins to celebrate but is scooped up by the Crowbot which has started to malfunction. It seems that Speedy's
attacks did have some effect after all! Seymour doesn't take to being tossed around and explodes in a fit of anger, which
finally destroys the machine. A furious Jerry knocks out Cheese and fires the Rude Noise, who in turn retreat to contact their
agent and union about their mistreatment.
But what about the Pizza Cats? Will they be able to recover and figure out a way to defeat the Sunblock-16 Robot? Find
