The episode opens with an introduction to Little Tokyo. A town like any other hometown that happens to be populated by flying cats, talking hippos and other cartoon characters.

The Pizza Cats Pizza Parlour is open for business. Speedy is busy serving tables, while Guido lazily watches. Polly gets a call from Lucile, ordering a tuna and liver meatball pizza, and asks Speedy to deliver it. Guido quickly snatches the pizza and runs off to make the delivery himself. The furious Speedy chases after him, much to the annoyance of Polly and Francine who are quick to take it out on one of the customers.

Outside, Bad Bird surveys the unsuspecting population, and gloats at the prospect of his first attack on the city.

Speedy and Guido meanwhile, engage in a capture the flag type chase sequence, using a series of weapons and pranks to constantly snatch the pizza from the other. Speedy finally wins the battle, hitching a ride on a cart to run Guido over. To which Guido insists to speak to his agent, since there's a 'No Slapstick' clause in his contract.

Speedy finally arrives at Lucile's tea shop to present the pizza. Guido quickly jumps down on Speedy, driving him into the ground, while Guido makes his attempts at wooing the girl. Speedy recovers, and after a quick verbal joust, pulls a tree up from its roots, and smashes Guido in the face with it, leading to an all out brawl, which Lucile ends launching her missiles at them.

At that point, Bad Bird summons the dragon, which goes on a rampage, destroying buildings. Speedy spots the ninja crows working to move the dragon, and realises who's behind the destruction.

At the palace, the Big Cheese proposes to give the dragon a bribe. However, Al Dente proposes to summon the Samurai Pizza Cats. Not wasting a moment, he makes the call. Meanwhile the Big Cheese and Gerry Attrick discuss their scheme to terrorise the merchants of little Tokyo with their Dragon.

The dragon once again attacks the city, which Bad Bird fins 'As much fun as throwing water bombs at a drowning man!' Al calls the Pizza Cats who suit up, while Al ponders that perhaps he should have ordered something.

Our heroes arrive as the dragon continues to trash things.

Guido uses the Samurai Sunspot umbrella to shoot a heat beam at the dragon to blind the Ninja Crows, while Polly uses her heart darts to set the dragon ablaze. The ninja crows attack the pizza cats, who easily dispose of them. Speedy drops to the ground level, where Bad Bird sends the still intact dragon legs to after him. Wielding his Magical Ginzu sword, he destroys the dragon legs, and bad Bird flies away, not wanting to clean up the mess.

With peace restored, the cats hang out on the bridge, and Speedy leans back on the wood, which doesn't seem to hold his weight, sending him a wet surprise below.
